SIS (School Information System) پنجاب کے ذریعے دو سرکاری اساتذہ آپس میں اپنی پوسٹیں تبدیل (Mutual Transfer) کر سکتے ہیں، بشرطیکہ دونوں رضامند ہوں اور شرائط پر پورا اُتریں۔

✅ اہلیت کے اصول:

دونوں اساتذہ کا مستقل تقرر (Regular Appointment) ہونا ضروری ہے۔
دونوں کی سروس کیٹگری، گریڈ اور مضمون ایک جیسے ہوں (مثلاً SSE Science، BPS-16)۔
کسی بھی فریق کے خلاف کوئی انکوائری یا محکمانہ کارروائی زیرِ التواء نہ ہو۔
دونوں اساتذہ سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ پنجاب کے ملازم ہوں۔

📱 مرحلہ وار طریقہ کار:

مرحلہ 1: SIS پنجاب میں لاگ اِن کریں

Google Play Store سے SIS Punjab App ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں یا ویب پورٹل (https://sis.punjab.gov.pk) پر جائیں۔
اپنا SEMIS کوڈ اور پاسورڈ استعمال کرتے ہوئے لاگ ان کریں۔

مرحلہ 2: ٹرانسفر کے لیے درخواست دیں

ایپ میں موجود "Transfer" کے آپشن پر کلک کریں۔
"Mutual Transfer" کو منتخب کریں۔
اُس استاد کا EMIS کوڈ یا CNIC نمبر درج کریں جس کے ساتھ تبادلہ کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔
دوسرے استاد کی معلومات خودکار طریقے سے ظاہر ہو جائیں گی۔

مرحلہ 3: دوسرے استاد کی منظوری

جس استاد کے ساتھ آپ ٹرانسفر کرنا چاہتے ہیں، اُسے بھی SIS میں لاگ ان کر کے درخواست کو قبول (Accept) کرنا ہوگا۔
جب تک وہ منظور نہ کرے، عمل آگے نہیں بڑھے گا۔

مرحلہ 4: درخواست جمع کروائیں

دونوں اساتذہ کی منظوری کے بعد درخواست مکمل کر کے جمع کروائیں۔
SIS کی طرف سے آپ کو SMS یا ایپ میں نوٹیفکیشن موصول ہوگا۔

مرحلہ 5: محکمانہ منظوری

درخواست متعلقہ CEO ایجوکیشن کو منظوری کے لیے بھیجی جاتی ہے۔
منظوری کے بعد آپ کا ٹرانسفر آرڈر SIS ایپ میں دستیاب ہو جائے گا۔

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Both teachers must be regular/permanent employees.
Both must belong to the same designation and scale (e.g., SSE Science BPS-16).
Both must have no pending inquiries or disciplinary actions.
Both must be working under the School Education Department (SED), Punjab.

📱 Step-by-Step Process:

Step 1: Login to SIS Punjab

Download and open the SIS Punjab app from the Play Store (or visit the SIS Web Portal).
Login using your SEMIS code and password.

Step 2: Apply for Transfer

Tap on the "Transfer" option in the app.
Select “Mutual Transfer”.
Enter the EMIS code or CNIC of the teacher you want to swap with.
The system will auto-fetch the details of the other teacher.

Step 3: Wait for Acceptance

The other teacher must log in to SIS and accept the mutual transfer request.
If they don’t accept, the application will not proceed.

Step 4: Submit the Application

Once both parties agree, submit the mutual transfer application.

The request is forwarded to the respective CEOs (Chief Executive Officers) for approval.
