Greetings to all respected teachers,
The Punjab School Education Department has officially announced that the transfer window is now open for teachers declared surplus during the ongoing rationalization process. From July 20 to July 24, 2025, affected teachers can submit their transfer applications through the SIS SED App.

💡 What is Rationalization?
Rationalization is a strategic process by which teachers are reallocated based on the actual student-teacher requirements of schools. If a school has more teachers than needed compared to its student population, some teachers are marked as surplus and are given the opportunity to transfer to schools where teaching staff is deficient.

Select your preferred school

Submit your transfer application through the app

Avoid waiting till the last minute – apply as early as possible to avoid system issues.
⏳ Deadline:
The last date to apply is July 24, 2025.
No applications will be accepted after this date through the app.

پنجاب اسکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ نے ریشنلائزیشن کے عمل میں سرپلس قرار دیے گئے اساتذہ کے لیے اہم اعلان کیا ہے۔ اب تمام سرپلس اساتذہ 20 جولائی 2025 سے 24 جولائی 2025 تک SIS App کے ذریعے اپنی مرضی کے اسکول میں ٹرانسفر کے لیے درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔
💡 ریشنلائزیشن کیا ہے؟
ریشنلائزیشن کا مقصد اساتذہ کو مختلف اسکولز میں تدریسی ضروریات کے مطابق متوازن انداز میں تعینات کرنا ہے۔ اس عمل کے دوران اگر کسی اسکول میں اساتذہ کی تعداد زیادہ ہو اور طلباء کم ہوں، تو وہاں سے اساتذہ کو سرپلس قرار دیا جاتا ہے اور انہیں کسی ایسے اسکول میں ٹرانسفر کرنے کی سہولت دی جاتی ہے جہاں تدریسی کمی ہو۔

اپنی ترجیح کے مطابق سکول کا انتخاب کریں

آن لائن ٹرانسفر کی درخواست جمع کروائیں
⚠️ اہم ہدایات:

سسٹم پر رش کے باعث ممکن ہے کہ ایپ سست چلے، براہ کرم صبر سے کام لیں۔

درخواست دینے سے پہلے سکولز کی دستیاب فہرست کا اچھی طرح جائزہ لیں۔

آخری وقت کا انتظار نہ کریں، جلد از جلد اپلائی کریں۔
⏳ آخری تاریخ:
درخواست جمع کروانے کی آخری تاریخ 24 جولائی 2025 ہے۔
اس کے بعد ایپ پر آپشن بند کر دیا جائے گا۔
