The skies over RAF Fairford, UK, roared with pride as Pakistan Air Force (PAF) secured two major international awards at the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) 2025 — the world’s largest military airshow held from July 18 to 20.

Concours d’Elegance Trophy – PAF C-130H Hercules
The stunningly painted C-130 Hercules, themed “Eyes in the Skies,” won hearts and headlines for its immaculate presentation and flawless static display. This trophy is awarded to the most visually impressive aircraft at RIAT, judged by global aviation experts. -
Spirit of the Meet Trophy – JF-17 Thunder Block III
Making its debut at RIAT, the JF-17 Thunder Block-III not only showcased its combat-readiness but also embodied the true spirit of RIAT through its daring mid-air refueling en route to the UK and its commanding presence during the air display.
